By engaging our web design services, you agree to the following terms and conditions for the £88 Graduation Special Offer:

One-page website development within 24 hours of project initiation
Mobile-responsive design implementation
Basic SEO optimization
One round of revisions within 48 hours of delivery

2. Payment Terms

The special offer price of £88 requires:

50% upfront payment to initiate the project
Remaining 50% upon project completion
Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

3. Delivery Timeline

We commit to:

24-hour delivery for initial website version
48-hour window for revision requests
Final delivery within 72 hours of project initiation

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients must provide:

Content and images within 2 hours of project initiation
Prompt feedback during the revision phase
Required access credentials if applicable

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

Clients receive full ownership rights to the website design and all associated code
Complete source code will be provided with unrestricted rights to modify, update, or repurpose
Clients can freely transfer, sell, or redistribute the website and its code
Third-party assets maintain their original licenses
